Hey, I’m Kay! ♡

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Florida girl through and through, and I’ve always had a love for the little moments that make life beautiful. Long before I ever called myself a photographer, I was the girl taking pictures of everything around me, my friends, family, animals, sunsets, flowers, and anything else I thought was worth remembering. Over time, that love for capturing memories grew into something so much more.

Created in His Image by Kay was born from my love for photography and, most importantly, my faith. I believe every person is uniquely and wonderfully created by God, and it is such a privilege to capture the people, relationships, and seasons of life He has placed in front of my camera. My goal isn’t just to take pretty pictures, it’s to create images that bring you right back to how you felt in that moment.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, Caleb, enjoying the beach or outdoors, taking way too many pictures, loving on animals, or finding another creative project to dive into. I’m a big believer that the best photos happen when you feel comfortable, have fun, and don’t feel like you’re simply posing for a camera.
